Our Facilitated UiPath Foundation course is an augmented version of the online UiPath Level 1 RPA Developer Foundation course. This course includes live instructor-led training and additional content. Our Facilitated UiPath Level 3 – Advanced course is an augmented version of UiPath’s on-line Orchestrator and Advanced Developer courses that includes live instructor-led training and additional content. This course is designed to fast-track your development staff to begin creating high quality UiPath automation solutions as quickly as possible. It includes an introductory session to familiarize developers with RPA concepts and characteristics followed by multi-day sessions designed to give hands-on practical instruction on UiPath development.
RPA Business Analysis
A detailed course around process selection. Topics include: the Machinability Factor, priorities and weighting, strategies for gathering the information needed for selection, understanding and Identifying common stumbling points that affect many RPA projects, modifying as-is business processes to improve the automatability of a process, prioritizing difficulty vs. value to build your initial RPA roadmap, and managing the RPA project pipeline.
This course is designed to equip analysts with the skills to participate in their first Robotic Automation Project. Day 1 covers the fundamentals of RPA, introduces the Center of Excellence, teaches the basics of RPA process selection, and builds knowledge in the capabilities of RPA tools. Day 2 walks participants through the automation lifecycle and Machina’s Process Automation Methodology. This session builds the basic skills and knowledge needed for the requirements, testing and implementation deliverables that an analyst would be responsible for creating.
This course provides participants with practical knowledge and skills to:
- translate processes into specifications tailored for RPA
- facilitate effective specification hand-off to and receipt from build team, and
- confirm business acceptance of the robot
The target audience for this course is junior or senior Business Analysts seeking to effectively engage in Robotic Process Automation implementations. This course is delivered live as instructor-led training at the client’s location. Those who complete this course earn the Machina RPA From Design to Accept diploma.
This is an onsite instructor-led training for RPA Developers, delivered by one of our RPA Experts. Being a highly technical module, the RPA Developer Advanced Training requires programming background and prior graduation of the RPA Developer Foundation Training (available online via the UiPath Academy). The target audience is technical people who are expected to fulfill the role of RPA Developer, RPA Service Support, or RPA Solution Architect in the future RPA Center of Excellence. The training is mostly hands-on, with a variety of real-life project automation. By the end of this module, each participant will have automated projects under the supervision of a UiPath RPA expert. Upon successful completion of the assignments, participants will receive their UiPath RPA Developer Advanced diploma.
This instructor-led course is dedicated primarily to Business Analysts, RPA Project Managers, Change Managers, and other non-technical people from the business. A mix of theoretical concepts and practical exercises, this module reveals in-depth RPA benefits, and focuses on the limits and constraints that weigh heavily in the evaluation of automation opportunities. Going one level deeper, the session includes a detailed demonstration of UiPath components and high level architecture, and concludes with a practical process assessment exercise. Upon completion of this module, the users will be able to perform a professional automation process assessment, and will master a high-level understanding of the UiPath product, its architecture, and key security features.
